Chuck Banks founded High-Stakes Logistics after 28 years with the Federal Government (10 as a senior executive), five years as a US Army medic, and most recently, two years with Booz Allen Hamilton.  He has 10 years of service abroad in the Middle East, Southwest Asia, and Europe, most recently with US Africa Command.  He specializes in strategic operational support, field logistics and building partner nation capacity in support of national security, humanitarian crises, disaster relief, and peacekeeping/stability operations.
